Preserved beans
Beans are delicious and nutritious – but having a bean dish on your plate every day doesn't offer the desired variety in the long run. Our tip, if your bean harvest has turned out to be larger again this year: simply preserve some of the beans and enjoy this delicious vegetable even when it's out of season.

Step 1
Wash and clean the beans. Blanch them in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, drain and drain. De-seed the chilli, rinse and cut into rings. For the brine, bring the water to the boil and dissolve the salt in it. Distribute the beans and chilli into the prepared jars, fill with brine and close with a preserving ring, lid and clips. Heat at 100° C for 120 minutes to preserve.
