Fancy something special? Our coffee liqueur combines the full flavour of coffee with a pleasantly mild sweetness. Perfect for cosy evenings, to enhance desserts or simply on its own over ice. Try it and enjoy a little moment of luxury in between.

Step 1
Bring sugar and water to the boil in a saucepan for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Let the syrup cool slightly.
Step 3
Add the rum and coffee, mix and pour into a jar. Seal the jar with a glass lid, preserving ring and preserving clips and let the liqueur steep for at least 3 weeks, preferably longer.
Step 4
After three weeks, strain the liqueur through a coffee filter and decant.
