Step 1
Wash the berries, drain them and separate them from the thicker stems. Place in the fruit basket of the juice extractor insert and sprinkle the sugar on top. Add the spices, slice the ginger and spread on top. Fill the preserving cooker with the water. Place the fruit basket in the juice extractor insert and place both in the preserving cooker. Put the lid on and set to “juicing” for 45 minutes. For more juice, leave the cooker overnight and bottle the juice the following day.
Step 2
Seal the bottles with rubber rings, glass lids and clips and heat at 90° C for 30 minutes to preserve.
