HOW TO MAKE THE MIX

Layer the ingredients one after the other in an appropriately sized jar. Give away a list of additional ingredients and the baking instructions along with the jar.

Heat the milk and butter. Whisk the baking mixture with the egg yolks, then pour the milk-butter mixture over it. Knead the dough well with both hands and let it rise, covered, for 1 hour. In the meantime, grease two WECK jars (290 ml, 80 RR) with butter. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Knead the dough again briefly, divide it and shape it into balls. Place one ball in each jar. Whisk the egg yolk and brush the surface of the dough with it. Bake in a hot oven for about 40 minutes. Remove and let cool.
