Green bean salad with walnuts & feta
Fresh, crisp and aromatic: green beans, walnuts and feta cheese are combined with a light herb dressing to create a quick, versatile salad – ideal as a side dish or snack in a jar.

Step 1
Wash, clean and cut the beans into thirds. Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes until al dente. Drain and immediately immerse in ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again and let drain.
Step 2
Roughly chop the walnuts.
Step 3
Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
Step 4
Crumble the feta.
Step 5
Mix the beans with walnuts, onion and feta.
Step 6
Rinse the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stem.
Step 7
With oil. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 8
Peel the garlic and press it into the dressing.
Step 9
Mix the salad with the dressing and let it sit for about an hour.
