Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Grease the glasses with butter and sprinkle with flour. Wash, peel, core and cut apples.

Mix butter with sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Step 4
Stir in the apple juice.
Step 5
Mix flour with baking powder and fold in.
Step 6
Fill the jars about halfway with the batter.
Step 7
Then stick 3-4 apple pieces lengthways into the batter.
Step 8
Bake the cakes in the oven for about 30 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly. Serve warm or cold, dusted with powdered sugar.
