Step 1

Wash the two organic oranges under hot water, peel them and puree the pulp.

Cut the peel into fine strips (do not use the white inner skin) and add to the pulp.

Peel the remaining oranges, core them if necessary and cut them into small pieces.

Peel the lemon and also cut it into small pieces. Put everything in a pot with the sugar, mix well and bring to the boil.

Let it simmer for about 20 minutes and carry out a setting test.

Pour into prepared glasses while still hot. Close with lid and preserving ring and heat for 10 minutes at 90°C to preserve.
