Speculoos crumble with berries
If you still haven't had enough of delicious Christmas treats, here's the perfect solution for leftover speculoos biscuits. Fruity berries at the bottom, then a creamy vanilla layer and topped with sweet speculoos crumbs. Simply delicious!

Step 1
Grease the glasses. Preheat the oven to 200° C. Remove the rack.
Step 2
Finely crumble the speculoos cookies. Knead them with the nuts, flour, 50 g of cane sugar, and butter to form a crumb mixture.
Step 3
Divide 300 g of the fruit among the molds; let the remaining berries thaw.
Step 4
Mix the milk, pudding mix, cinnamon, and remaining sugar until smooth, then pour over the fruit. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the top.
Step 5
Place the glasses on the cold rack and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Top with the remaining berries and serve.
