Step 1

Chop the chocolate. Heat 300 ml milk in a saucepan. In the meantime, stir the cornflour, cocoa and honey with the remaining milk until smooth. Melt the chopped chocolate in the hot milk. As soon as the milk boils, pour in the cornflour mixture while stirring. Bring to the boil again until the mixture thickens.

Step 2

Pour the pudding into dessert jars or bowls while it is still warm and let it cool.
