Lemon curd
Lemon curd is one of those kitchen classics that’s fresh, creamy, and intensely lemony all at once. Whether served on brioche, scones, mixed into yogurt, or used as a cake filling, this English lemon curd is simply incredible—and when made from scratch, it tastes much more flavorful than most store-bought versions.
