Yoghurt and lime mousse
In the height of summer, any way to cool down is welcome! How about this sweet and sour, creamy and light summer dream with lime, which is not only delicious but also a little bit healthy?

Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Whip the cream until creamy. Squeeze out the gelatine, put it in a saucepan with three tablespoons of yoghurt and the sugar and heat.
Step 2
As soon as the gelatine has dissolved, add the vanilla pulp, lime zest and juice to the cream and fold in.
Step 3
Finally, fold in the remaining yoghurt. Pour into the prepared jars and chill for 5 hours.
Step 4
Garnish with lime zest and quartered lime slices before serving.
