Step 1

Wash, clean and finely dice the strawberries. Wash, peel and finely dice the rhubarb.

Place in a pot, add coconut milk, lemon juice, jam sugar and coconut flakes and bring to the boil. Let simmer until the mixture slowly thickens.

Step 3

Carry out a setting test. Pour into the hot washed jars and seal airtight
