Step 1

Peel or clean the carrots and leeks and cut them into small pieces.

Rinse the lentils in a sieve and put them in a pot with the water.

Add the carrot and leek pieces and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 5

Add all remaining ingredients and puree finely in a blender. Season with pepper. Pour into jars, cover lightly with oil and close. Store in the fridge
