Granola muesli mix
This granola is something very special! With spelt flakes and amaranth, the concentrated power of ancient grains comes to your breakfast table.

Preparation
Step 1
Line the baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 2 – 2 ½).
Step 2
Roughly chop the almonds. Mix with the spelled flakes, sunflower seeds, amaranth and linseed in a bowl.
Step 3
Mix in cinnamon, vanilla pulp and salt.
Step 4
Mix with coconut oil and honey.
Step 5
Spread the mixture on the tray, put it in the preheated oven and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the baking tray from the oven and let the granola cool on the tray.
Step 7
Pour everything into a jar and close with a preserving ring, glass lid and preserving clips.
Step 8
Serve with yoghurt.
