Step 1

Line the baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 2 – 2 ½).

Roughly chop the almonds. Mix with the spelled flakes, sunflower seeds, amaranth and linseed in a bowl.

Mix in cinnamon, vanilla pulp and salt.

Mix with coconut oil and honey.

Spread the mixture on the tray, put it in the preheated oven and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.

Remove the baking tray from the oven and let the granola cool on the tray.

Step 7

Pour everything into a jar and close with a preserving ring, glass lid and preserving clips.

Step 8

Serve with yoghurt.
