Kale soup
This vegan soup made with kale and peas doesn't take long to prepare. Ten minutes to chop and sauté, 20 minutes to cook – and you're ready to tuck in.

Step 1
Wash the kale and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onion and dice finely.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and briefly fry the onions in it.
Step 4
Add the peas and kale, sauté briefly, then deglaze with the stock.
Step 5
Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Puree with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper. Serve in glass bowls
