Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the moulds.

Mix oat flakes, flour, walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Add agave syrup, egg and oil and knead thoroughly to form crumbles.

Sort the blueberries, wash them and pat dry. Divide into the moulds.

Cover with the sprinkles, place the moulds on a cold baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes.

If necessary, cover with aluminium foil if it browns too much.

Remove from the oven and let cool briefly.

Garnish with skyr, blueberries and honey and serve immediately.
