Step 1

Peel the garlic clove and chop very finely.

Mix with honey, mustard and vinegar in a bowl.

Add oil, lemon juice and chili.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour into a jar and close it with a preserving ring, glass lid and two preserving clips.
