Italian pasta salad
Tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and pasta – who doesn't think of Italy when they hear this combination? The ingredients alone make our thoughts wander southwards. This Italian pasta salad is easy to prepare in advance for your next lunch break and just needs to be shaken well before eating.

Step 1
For the dressing, peel and finely dice the onion. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
Step 2
First layer dressing, then tomatoes, mozzarella balls, pasta, basil and pine nuts in two jars.
Step 3
Remove from the fridge about two hours before consumption and shake well.
