Step 1

For the dressing, peel and finely dice the onion. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.

Step 2

First layer dressing, then tomatoes, mozzarella balls, pasta, basil and pine nuts in two jars.

Step 3

Remove from the fridge about two hours before consumption and shake well.
