Yoghurt dressing
This yoghurt dressing isn't just for cucumber. It's also perfect with green salad, carrots or sweetcorn.

Step 1
Rinse the herbs and shake dry.
Step 2
Finely chop the mint and chives.
Step 3
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Step 4
Mix with all other ingredients and pour into a jar.
Step 5
Close with preserving ring, glass lid and preserving clips. Keeps in the fridge for 2-3 days.
