Step 1

Rinse the herbs and shake dry.

Finely chop the mint and chives.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Step 4

Mix with all other ingredients and pour into a jar.

Step 5

Close with preserving ring, glass lid and preserving clips. Keeps in the fridge for 2-3 days.

  • 250.0 g Yoghurt
  • 40.0 ml Olive oil
  • 30.0 ml Apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1.0 pinch Chilli flakes
