Rinse the herbs and shake dry.

Finely chop all the herbs with a chopping knife and mix with the butter at room temperature.

Put the softened butter in a piping bag and pipe it into the prepared jars in small tuffs. Seal each with a glass lid, preserving ring and preserving clips and store in the fridge until ready to use.
