Step 1

Peel the onion and garlic and dice finely.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the cubes in it.

Wash, quarter, clean and dice the tomatoes. Dice the dried tomatoes too.

Add to the pan and sauté everything for 2 minutes.

Add the lentils and steam for another 2-3 minutes.

Deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid closed.

Step 7

Pour into a tall measuring cup, add the remaining ingredients and puree.
