Corn and bean salsa
Kidney beans and corn are always a great combination! They provide our bodies with fibre and plant-based protein. This makes them an ideal side dish for hearty meals.

Step 1
Drain and drain the beans and corn.
Step 2
Peel the onion and dice finely.
Step 3
Clean, deseed and finely dice the peppers.
Step 4
Clean the spring onions and chop finely. Rinse the coriander, shake dry and chop finely.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients.
Step 6
For the dressing, mix together the lime juice, olive oil and spices. Season with salt and pepper. Add to the salsa and mix in.
Step 7
Let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Serve with nachos.
