Step 1

Put the orange juice, Prosecco, cinnamon and vanilla sugar in a large pot.

Add the preserving sugar.

Bring everything to the boil and let it simmer for another 4 – 5 minutes. .Skamp off foam on the surface every now and then.

Step 4

Immediately pour the mixture into hot-rinsed jars and seal airtight
