Step 1

Mix the oats, milk and honey in a bowl. Leave to soak in the fridge overnight.

Step 2

In the morning, peel the mangoes and remove the core. Puree three quarters of the flesh, cut the rest into cubes. To serve, divide the oat mixture into four bowls.

Step 3

Spoon the mango puree over the oats. Garnish with the diced mango and a teaspoon of oats.
