Step 1

Cut the sausage and cheese into strips.

Peel and finely dice the onion and also finely dice the cucumbers.

Mix all the dressing ingredients with the onions and cucumbers and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing into a jar, layer the sausage and cheese on top and sprinkle with parsley.
