Asparagus and pistachio pesto
You've never tasted pesto like this before! Whether served with pasta or as a delicious dip, the combination of green asparagus and pistachios is wonderfully refreshing.

Step 1
Wash the asparagus, peel the lower third and cut off the woody ends.
Step 2
Bring plenty of water to the boil with salt and sugar and cook the asparagus in it for 6 – 8 minutes.
Step 3
Then remove and rinse in ice cold water. Allow to cool.
Step 4
Rinse the chervil, shake dry and tear into small pieces.
Step 5
Peel the garlic and cut the asparagus into pieces.
Step 6
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Pour into jars, cover with a little oil and close. Store in the fridge.
