Step 1

Wash the asparagus, peel the lower third and cut off the woody ends.

Bring plenty of water to the boil with salt and sugar and cook the asparagus in it for 6 – 8 minutes.

Then remove and rinse in ice cold water. Allow to cool.

Rinse the chervil, shake dry and tear into small pieces.

Peel the garlic and cut the asparagus into pieces.

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Step 7

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 8

Pour into jars, cover with a little oil and close. Store in the fridge.
