Step 1

Peel the onions and garlic, dice very finely and fry in the hot oil until translucent. Add the tomatoes and spices and let everything simmer for 20 minutes. Add tomato puree.

Step 2

Pour in the boiling stock, let it cook for another 5 minutes, then strain the soup or puree it with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
