Now it's time for some cookie dough! This sweet treat comes from the USA, is made without eggs and is taking our kitchens by storm. Finally, you can snack on as much cookie dough as you like – without risking stomach ache!

Step 1
Place the chickpeas in a sieve and rinse. Remove the skins.
Step 2
Put all the ingredients except the cocoa nibs in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in half of the cocoa nibs.
Step 4
Transfer to jars and garnish with the remaining cocoa nibs.
