Goat's cheese balls
The creamy goat's cream cheese balls are not only a real treat for the eyes thanks to their coating of dried flowers and hot chilli flakes, they also make a lovely Christmas gift or a culinary treat to take along to your next summer party!

Step 1
Cut the cream cheese rounds in half and roll them into small balls. Place on a plate and chill.
Step 2
Rinse the chives, shake dry and chop finely. Mix in a bowl with the lemon zest and a generous pinch of pepper.
Step 3
Toast the cumin seeds and sesame seeds in a pan without adding any oil until they smell fragrant. Mix with the chilli flakes in a bowl.
Step 4
Place the edible flowers in a third bowl. Carefully roll 13-14 balls in each of the ingredients and layer them in tall jars.
Step 5
Peel and slice the garlic and add it to the jars with the bay leaves. Rinse the rosemary, shake dry and add to the jars. Fill with oil until everything is covered and seal the jars airtight. Leave to infuse overnight.
