Buckwheat muffins
These small buckwheat muffins are baked in bundt-style glasses and get a particularly delicate flavor from ground almonds and vanilla. A dollop of mixed berry jam is added to the center of the batter, providing a fruity surprise. After baking, the muffins are dusted with powdered sugar and are perfect with coffee or as a sweet snack.

Preparation
Step 1
Grease the Bundt cake jars. Remove the oven rack and preheat the empty oven to 170° C (gas mark 2). Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time and stir in. Add salt and vanilla pulp. First mix the almonds, flour and baking powder together, then add them to the bowl and mix everything briefly. Pour the dough into the prepared jars. Place 1 teaspoon of jam in the middle of the dough. Place the jars on the cold rack and place them in the preheated oven. Bake the small bundt cakes for 25 – 30 minutes after sight. Carry out a swab test. Remove the jars and let them cool on a cooling rack. Remove from the mould and dust with powdered sugar.
