Step 1

Sort the cherries, rinse them, drain them, remove the stems and stone them. Pour vinegar, mustard and peppercorns into a large container or glass (e.g. WECK cylinder jar 1590 ml).

Step 2

Rinse the rosemary sprig, shake dry and add. Close the jar with a glass lid, preserving ring and preserving clamps.

Step 3

Leave in a cool place for four weeks. Before use, strain the vinegar and pour it into smaller bottles, e.g. WECK juice bottles 530 ml.
