Red cabbage soup

Step 1
Cut the red cabbage into strips. Peel, core, and dice the apples. Finely grind the spices in a mortar. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté both in hot oil. Add the red cabbage, apples, and spices, and sauté for 2 minutes. Pour in the vinegar, juice, and broth, and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Puree everything, stir in the cream and honey, and season with salt and pepper. Serve in small glass bowls.
