Step 1
For the baked apples: Wash the apples and use an apple corer to remove the core, creating a hole in the center. Preheat the oven to 200° C. Mix the butter with the baked apple spice, the nut mixture, and the honey. Fill the holes in the apples with the mixture. Place one apple in each ovenproof dish or glass. Pour the apple juice over them and bake uncovered in the hot oven for about 30 minutes. When the apples are soft, remove them from the oven and serve with warm vanilla sauce.
Step 2
For the baked apple spice mix: Mix the spices together well and, if necessary, grind them in a mortar. Mix thoroughly with the sugar. Transfer to a container and seal it airtight.
Step 3
Fruit and nut mix: Finely chop the apricots and raisins and mix them with the nuts. Transfer the mixture to a container (such as a WECK Mini-Sturz, 50 ml) and seal it airtight.
