Spicy cherry tomatoes
These spicy cherry tomatoes are a perfect combination of fruity sweetness and aromatic spices. Whether as a snack, side dish or topping, they're packed with Mediterranean flavour.

Step 1
Wash the tomatoes and prick them several times with a needle.
Step 2
Wash the chili peppers, peel and press the garlic cloves.
Step 3
Divide the tomatoes, chilies, garlic cloves, bay leaves and peppercorns among the jars.
Step 4
Rinse off the rosemary and distribute it too.
Step 5
Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and water in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Then fill the jars with it up to about 1.5 cm below the rim.
Step 7
Seal airtight and heat at 90°C for 30 minutes to preserve.
