Kiwi iced tea
This exotic variation on classic iced tea with kiwi and green tea is wonderfully refreshing and a welcome change on warm summer days.

Step 1
Juice the kiwis until you have about 200 ml of juice. Brew the tea bags with 750 ml of water. After a few minutes, remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.
Step 2
Wash the lemon in hot water, dry it and cut it in half. Squeeze out one half and cut the other into slices. Mix the cold tea with kiwi and lemon juice and sweeten with the agave syrup. Place in the fridge until serving. Garnish with lemon or kiwi slices if desired.
