Apricot layered dessert
Apricots are just coming into season and are perfect for making so many delicious treats! Here is a recipe for a juicy apricot layered dessert. Summer tastes so refreshing!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150°C. For the muesli, quarter the apricots.
Step 2
Then mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly on the tray.
Step 3
Bake the muesli for about 15 minutes, turning it 1-2 times during this time.
Step 4
In the meantime, mix all the ingredients for the cream and beat until stiff.
Step 5
Wash and clean the apricots, pat dry, halve and stone them. Cut into fine cubes.
Step 6
Layer in the prepared jars as follows: two tablespoons of muesli, two tablespoons of cream, a thin layer of syrup, two teaspoons of diced apricots and repeat each layer again.
Step 7
Garnish each with a mint leaf.
