We look forward to seeing you.

Our corporate culture is all about teamwork, flexibility and motivation.

Your career at WECK

For 125 years, we've been producing and distributing not only our world-famous preserving jars, but also packaging jars for industrial filling.

They're manufactured with great attention to detail and exclusively in Germany at our glassworks in Bonn. Our corporate culture focuses on teamwork, flexibility, passion and the commitment of each individual.

With 300 employees, we generate a turnover of approximately 60 million euros.

At WECK, we all work together – in an environment with flat hierarchies, room for our own ideas and the opportunity to actively shape the future.

We make decisions together and without long delays. And depending on your position, you can also work flexibly and don't have to be tied to a specific location.

Tradition

For generations, WECK has stood for preserving and the idea of preserving good things. Our history is characterised by passion, craftsmanship and the trust of countless people who use WECK to preserve memories, flavours and moments.

Quality

For us, quality means more than just perfect jars. It's evident in every detail: in the care we take in our production, in the reliability of our products and in the passion of our employees. Because only those who work with heart and responsibility can create lasting value.

Progress

Progress is part of our DNA. We combine tried-and-tested methods with new ideas, continue to develop products and constantly rethink the art of preserving. With passion, courage and curiosity, we are shaping the future without losing sight of our origins.
