Step 1

Wash the strawberries, pat dry and remove the green. Wash and dry the oranges. Grate the peel and squeeze the oranges. Place the strawberries in a large pot and puree them. Add orange juice and preserving sugar, mix everything and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Let it boil for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the package. Shortly before the end add the orange zest. Remove any foam that rises with a spoon.

Step 2

Pour the boiling hot jam into sterilized, still hot jars and fill almost to the rim. Seal the jars tightly immediately.
