Hafragrautur with blueberries
This porridge is served as part of a traditional Icelandic breakfast. It is refined with creamy skyr and sweet blueberries.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the moulds.
Step 2
Mix oat flakes, flour, walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Step 3
Add agave syrup, egg and oil and knead thoroughly to form crumbles.
Step 4
Sort the blueberries, wash them and pat dry. Divide into the moulds.
Step 5
Cover with the sprinkles, place the moulds on a cold baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
If necessary, cover with aluminium foil if it browns too much.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let cool briefly.
Step 8
Garnish with skyr, blueberries and honey and serve immediately.
