Cheese and rosemary shortbread
This savoury shortbread with blue cheese, Parmesan and rosemary is quick to make and is a great homemade gift.

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a speed chopper. Knead a little with cool hands. Form into a ball and wrap in foil and cool for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to about 5 mm thick. Use the pastry wheel to cut into 3 x 4 cm rectangles. Prick the cookies several times with a fork. Place on the baking sheet and cool for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
