Mix the oat flakes with milk and cream.

Place in an airtight bowl and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, wash the apples, quarter them, core them and grate them finely.

Toast the nuts in a pan until fragrant without adding any oil.

Stir the grated apples, nuts and honey into the oatmeal mixture. If necessary, sweeten a little more.
