Herb lemonade
Refreshing, aromatic and easy to make: homemade herb lemonade with lemon juice, maple syrup and a delicate blend of rosemary, thyme, mint, sage and basil – perfect for sunny afternoons or relaxed evenings.

Step 1
Rinse the herbs and squeeze the lemons for the infusion. Bring the juice, syrup and herbs to the boil briefly.
Step 2
Let it steep for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Strain the infusion and pour it into a bottle. Top up with (sparkling) mineral water. Sweeten as desired.
Step 4
Serve with lemon slices, fresh rosemary sprigs and basil leaves.
