Lentil spread
Our spread made from red lentils and dried tomatoes tastes incredibly delicious with your next snack. It's also easy to prepare in advance and is the perfect companion for your next hiking trip.

Preparation
Step 1
Peel the onion and garlic and dice finely.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the cubes in it.
Step 3
Wash, quarter, clean and dice the tomatoes. Dice the dried tomatoes too.
Step 4
Add to the pan and sauté everything for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the lentils and steam for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
Step 7
Pour into a tall measuring cup, add the remaining ingredients and puree.
