Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the mold.

Mix all the ingredients for the dough thoroughly, pour it into the mold, smooth it out and bake for 10-15 minutes. Carry out a swab test, remove and allow to cool completely.

For the cream layer, beat the cream, cream setter and vanilla sugar until stiff.

Fold in the chocolate shavings.

Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.

Crumble the cooled cake.

Step 7

Spread a thin layer of cake crumbs at the bottom of the jar, press the banana slices against the side of the jar and add the cream in the middle. Spread the remaining crumbs on top.
