Peel the onion and dice finely.

Melt the butter in a pot and sauté the onion cubes until translucent.

Add horseradish and cream cheese and stir in the stock until smooth.

Simmer the soup for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the salmon into strips.

Season the soup with salt, pepper and lemon juice and pour into the gourmet jars.
