Horseradish soup
Fancy something a bit different? This creamy horseradish soup with a subtle kick is easy to prepare and really delicious. Simply cook and enjoy!

Step 1
Peel the onion and dice finely.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and sauté the onion cubes until translucent.
Step 3
Add horseradish and cream cheese and stir in the stock until smooth.
Step 4
Simmer the soup for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
In the meantime, cut the salmon into strips.
Step 6
Season the soup with salt, pepper and lemon juice and pour into the gourmet jars.
Step 7
Garnish with the smoked salmon strips and some dill.
