Step 1

Peel and finely dice the shallots and garlic.

Wash, stone and dice the peaches.

Melt butter in a saucepan. Sautรฉ the onion and garlic pieces in the butter, then add the peaches and sautรฉ briefly.

Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Season again and puree with a hand blender until smooth.
