Step 1
Clean and wash the rhubarb and, if necessary, remove the peel. Cut the stalks diagonally into pieces about 4 cm wide.
Step 2
Place in an appropriately sized pot together with the water and lemon peel. Cook over low heat for 7-10 minutes. Towards the end, stir in the sugar and vanilla pulp. Enjoy hot or cold as desired.
