Mushroom pesto
This flavorful mushroom pesto is made with sautéed mushrooms, garlic, onions, and chili flakes. The ingredients are finely pureed with fresh parsley and seasoned with salt to taste. The pesto is poured into clean jars, covered with a little oil, and sealed tightly. When stored in the refrigerator, it pairs perfectly with pasta, bread, or as a side dish.

Step 1
Peel and chop the garlic and all the onions. Grate the mushrooms and also cut them into small pieces. Heat some oil in a pan and briefly fry the garlic and onion pieces in it. Add mushrooms and chilli flakes. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Then leave it to cool fully. Rinse the parsley, shake it dry and tear it into small pieces. Puree all ingredients finely in a blender. Season with salt.
Step 3
Pour into jars, cover with a little oil and seal. Store in the fridge.
