Berry jam with Lillet
This jam has what it takes to become your favourite spread! Sweet berries with a splash of fruity Lillet fortified wine instantly put you in a summer mood.

Preparation
Step 1
Sort, clean and wash the berries. Place Wild Berry, preserving sugar, berries and agar-agar in a large pot. Bring to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for about 4 minutes according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Stir in the Lillet at the last minute.
Step 3
Carry out gelling test.
Step 4
While still hot, pour into the prepared jars and close with a preserving ring, glass lid and clips.
Step 5
When not preserved, the jam can be kept for several months. If you want to be on the safe side, heat the jam in a 90°C water bath for 30 minutes to preserve.
