Step 1

Place the bacon on a plate lined with paper towels. Cover with a piece of kitchen paper and heat in the microwave at 800 watts for 3-4 minutes. Alternatively, the bacon can also be fried in a pan without adding any oil. The bacon should be dry and very crispy when done.

Pulse the bacon, paprika and salt in a blender. Seal in an airtight container.
